All courts meet international badminton court size standards. The difference lies in comfort, flooring, playing space, and experience level.

The reason you’re limited to booking only 30 minutes is due to existing bookings.
In mobile view:Each blue box represents a 30-minute slot..  When multiple slots are available consecutively, you can book a longer session.

If you notice a gap between bookings, it means the surrounding time slots have already been reserved.

Understanding these visual cues will help you maximise your booking experience.

We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before your booking time so you have enough time to prepare and start your game on schedule.

Please note that courts are allocated strictly according to the booking time shown in the system.

Your court will still follow as the automation is set accordingly to your the original booking schedule. 

If the previous players have not vacated the court at your scheduled start time, kindly inform them politely that your booking has begun.

Yes! To avoid interruptions, we recommend booking your extension at least 5–10 minutes before your current session ends, as the system may require up to 1 minute to refresh and update your booking.

Yes, if you are using our Customer Portal, you can easily extend your booking.


For Guest Portal users, the minimum booking duration is 1 hour.

Yes.

• Customer Portal users can modify their bookings directly in their account.
• Guest users can use the modification link in the booking confirmation email.

Please note:

• Free changes are allowed up to 72 hours before the booking
• Changes within 72 hours will incur a change fee
• No changes are allowed within 4 hours of the booking

Yes. This feature is available through the Customer Portal, where you can select and reserve multiple courts in a single booking.

The suitability depends on the type of activity.

Please note:

❗ External badminton coaching is strictly not allowed.

If a booking is found to be used for external coaching, it will be:

• Cancelled immediately
• Non-refundable
