Why is my booking still visible after a failed payment?

Our system holds your booking for 7 minutes to allow time for payment processing. If payment fails: • Wait for the 7-minute hold period to expire• Then attempt the booking again• Or select another available slot

Can we make bookings via phone or walk-in?

Phone bookings are available. However, walk-ins are not encouraged as our facilities may be unmanned at certain times due to our automated system. We strongly recommend online booking, where you can: ✔ Check real-time availability✔ Enjoy better online rates✔ Avoid disappointment upon arrival

Do you issue invoices or receipts?

Yes. A booking confirmation and receipt will be automatically sent to your email after successful payment. Please check your spam/junk mail if you do not see it your inbox.
