You can definitely add on your lessons credit. However, it will be based as per the package price and not as a top up option. 

Ie. Jason bought a 4 Session Package and he would like to add on another 4 Session package for within the same month. The package is based on the 4 Session package price and not on a 8 Session package price

It is equivalent to your one (1) month training fees. You will need to top up when you upgrade. In the event that you wish to cancel / terminate your classes with us. Fill up a form 2 weeks prior before the commence of the following month class, it will be used to offset the final month fee. Should your security deposit fall short of the training fees, you will need to pay the difference for the month’s training fee.

A Stamp Card will be issued to you upon your lesson credit package purchase. You will need to bring along to be stamped at Front Desk each time you attend a class. Failing which, you may be requested to pay for the class session or will not be able to attend the classes.

If you are on a suspension period for more than six (6) months, you will need to pay a fee of RM60 to reactivate your account.

When you are under a temporary suspension, you will still be entitled to the benefits and privilege. You may resume training at any time. In the event of termination, you will have your account closed and should you wish to resume training with us again, new Registration fee will apply.

Direct Debit (DD) is the simplest and most convenient way to pay your fees. It authorizes MBA to col​​lect your fees charges from your credit/debit card account. Your fees amount will be paid automatically at your regular bill cycle.

You may not set a specific date as we will automatically charge your card or account before the due date of each bill cycle once your MBA Direct Debit service is active. The billing files are sent to the respective banks according to the bill dates.

Our systems are automated, the lights will be automatically switched on/off based on your scheduled bookings.The common walkway lights will be automatically switched on for 10 mins after the last booking so please make your way out.

Yes, of course. We do recommend that you book at least 15min before the end of your session to avoid any interruption to your game. Otherwise, a 5 min waiting period is required for the system to refreshed.

Booking Changes & Refunds

Unfortunately, no. Contactless Booking e-Voucher is strictly for facility bookings only.

If you have insufficient credit balance, you may use a credit or debit card to pay the difference so that you may complete your payment.

Unfortunately there will be no refunds. Once expired, any remaining balance in the voucher will be forfeited and no longer be valid.

Change fee is applicable as per each booking reference.

Unfortunately no, you can only select either to use the promo codes or the contactless booking e-voucher to book. Should you proceed the bookings with both, the amount difference will be added back & deducted from your account automatically.

Yes, you may do so in your customer portal. Should you book using the guest login, you will find a link for changes in your booking confirmation email.

Please note however, free change is only applicable with min. 72hrs prior to your scheduled bookings. A change fee will apply for cancellation less than 72hrs. No changes is allowed for less than 4hrs.

It will be refunded & reissued in a Contactless Booking e-Voucher / Lesson Credit with a 30 days validity period to be used for your next booking. It will only be emailed to the registered email address of the original booking.

You will receive a T-shirt with the registration fee. We recommend wearing the academy teamwear to lessons to feel as part of the team. We also highly recommend that you wear proper sports shorts / track bottoms and badminton shoes as well as sports socks to minimize any case of injury. For your convenience, it will be available at our onsite and online store.

An invoice will be emailed to you every 15th of month for the following month fees, kindly make payment by/before the 22nd of the month using Credit / Debit Card for your convenience. Please note that lesson credit will only be credited and reflected in your account within 72hrs from the time of payment.

Yes, on most public holidays except for festive holidays. For Chinese New Year & Hari Raya, we will be closed for training for seven (7) days each respectively. Our centre is open as usual should you wish to have some practice session on your own.

Our commitment is to ensure that there are minimal interruptions to the classes. So when any of our coaches fall sick or have to be away on personal issues or family emergencies, we make arrangements for some of our other coaches to come in and take over for the interim.

This ensures that the class can proceed without interruption, and rest assured that all coaches are trained to teach the same steps and techniques, though of course some of them have their individual “style” or “character”.

How it works?

1. A change fee is the fee imposed when you change your booking to a new time or date
