5. Rate Difference
If the new booking has a higher rate compared to the canceled one, you will need to pay the difference through the payment portal in the booking system.
6. Confirmation
Your change is not confirmed until you receive a fulfillment notification.
7. Initiating a Change

Select ‘Change Fee’ and add it to your cart.

The Contactless Booking e-Voucher or Lesson Credit will be valid for 30 days and can be used for your next booking.
9. Delivery Method
For Guest Login: The Contactless Booking e-Voucher Code will be sent to the registered email address used for the original booking.
For Customer Portal Login: The refund will be credited back into your account.
