Booking Changes & Refunds

Unfortunately, no. Contactless Booking e-Voucher is strictly for facility bookings only.

If you have insufficient credit balance, you may use a credit or debit card to pay the difference so that you may complete your payment.

Unfortunately there will be no refunds. Once expired, any remaining balance in the voucher will be forfeited and no longer be valid.

Change fee is applicable as per each booking reference.

Unfortunately no, you can only select either to use the promo codes or the contactless booking e-voucher to book. Should you proceed the bookings with both, the amount difference will be added back & deducted from your account automatically.

Yes, you may do so in your customer portal. Should you book using the guest login, you will find a link for changes in your booking confirmation email.

Please note however, free change is only applicable with min. 72hrs prior to your scheduled bookings. A change fee will apply for cancellation less than 72hrs. No changes is allowed for less than 4hrs.
